All content on Smuppy is protected by copyright laws including the Copyright Act (Canada), DMCA (USA), EU Directive 2019/790, and the Berne Convention.

2. User Content

By publishing content, you guarantee that you own all necessary rights and grant Smuppy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content.

4. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

To report copyright infringement, send a notice to support@smuppy.com including:

  1. Description and location of infringing content
  2. Proof of ownership
  3. Your contact information
  4. Good faith statement
  5. Accuracy statement and signature

We process requests within 15 business days.

5. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notification with your identification, statement of good faith, consent to Ontario jurisdiction, and signature.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly violate copyrights will have their accounts terminated.

7. Appeals

Appeal content removal within 30 days by emailing support@smuppy.com.

8. Professional Content Disclosure

Professional accounts must disclose sponsored content and paid partnerships per FTC guidelines.
